My Story

Hello, my name is Shane Bone, and I am the owner and operator of Simple Steps Consulting LLC.  I have spent more than 20 years developing my productivity and process implementation skills in varying fields of business.  My ability to create systems that increase function and flow have been instrumental in the various roles I have held both professionally and personally.  My passion for people and my capacity to drive projects and implement change have propelled me into the growing field of Professional Organizing and Home Redesign.

It’s exciting to help clients find balance and peace in their everyday lives by introducing simple steps and time saving solutions to the disorganization, clutter and chaos that can become a barrier in all parts of life.  Helping them embrace the value of living decluttered and organized lives allows us to work together to determine what is truly important and simplify the rest.

I’ve had the opportunity to live what I teach alongside my husband and our blended family of six children.  Years of moving and life transitions have created a necessity for me to look at our homes and quickly understand how to introduce maximized function and flow.  Decluttering and organizing is a skill we all practice together, creating a welcoming space for us to relax, play and entertain.
