My Story

Hello, my name is Shane Bone, and I am the owner and operator of Simple Steps Consulting LLC. I have spent more than 20 years developing my productivity and process implementation skills in varying fields of business. My ability to create systems that increase function and flow have been instrumental in the various roles I have held both professionally and personally. My passion for people and my capacity to drive projects and implement change have propelled me into the growing field of Professional Organizing and Design.

It is my goal to help our clients find balance and peace of mind in their everyday lives by introducing and supporting the SIMPLE STEPS that lead to a well-organized and beautifully designed home or office. My desire to meet clients where they are in life, and my love of networking, allows us to extend a variety of quality services to help meet their unique needs. My hope is that our clients can relax knowing that we’re there every step of the way to see their project to completion.

I’ve had the opportunity to practice the art of organizing and design alongside my husband and blended family of six children. Years of moving, life transitions, foster parenting, and caring for aging parents has created a necessity for me to quickly evaluate our home and introduce maximized flow, function, and design. As a family, we work together to maintain a home that is a welcoming place for us to relax, play, and entertain.
